Shipping & Returns
Your purchase will be mailed out the within 2 days after your payment is accepted. It will be shipped via USPS (the U.S. Postal Service).
Standard Shipping - Your items will be sent via priority mail which will take about 2-3 business days, but delivery time can vary depending on destination. All packages will be mailed out of New York, NY or Brooklyn, NY.
We will send you an email the day your item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number if it is available.
Your purchase will be sent to you neatly folded and packaged with care. Care instructions for each item vary so please make sure to follow instructions specific to your purchase to ensure the best care of your garment or accessory. Care instructions can be found in the product description of each item and will also accompany each garment/accessory sent.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Please make sure to inspect your purchase before wearing. We cannot refund any worn items. We will not accept any returns 30 days after the item has been shipped. If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please make sure to let us know the reason you are returning the item on the return slip that was sent along with your package. Your money will be refunded for the products via their original payment after we have received the returned items. We will not be able to refund any shipping costs.
Also, please also note that we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail if the package was sent without a certified shipping tracking number.
